Steamed Pork Patty with ‘Mui Choi’

This is Chinese traditional folk dishes.

Tips: 1. ‘Mui Choi’ is Chinese pickles, If it is not soaked, the taste is too salty.
2. The pork stir well in the same direction and easily become sticky paste.
3. Salt can replace chicken powder.


  • Pork(semi-fat, minced) 300g
  • Sweet 'Mui Choi'(soaked for 15 mins), chopped) 80g
  • Chicken Powder 1.5 tsp
  • Cornflour 2 tsps
  • Water 2 tbsps


Step 1

Mix minced pork with chicken powder, cornflour and water, stir well to a sticky paste.

Step 2

Mix in chopped 'mui choi', spread on a plate and steam for 10~12 minutes. Final, sprinkle with chopped spring onion. Serve.
