Steamed Egg White in Tea cup

Ingredients

  • Egg White(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Chicken Broth 180ml
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Mirin 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Black Mushroom 1 pc
  • Shrimp 1 pc

Method

Step 1

Whisk the egg white with chicken broth. Then, add in soy sauce and mirin. Sieve to remove the bubble. Pour into the tea cup.

Step 2

Steam for 8 minutes. To serve with poached black mushroom and shrimp. Ready to serve.
