  • Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 5 slices
  • Spring Onion 4 stalks
  • SEASONING
  • Shaoxing Wine 3 tbsps
  • Salt 3 tsps
  • DIPPING SAUCE
  • Ginger(minced) 2 tbsps
  • Spring Onion(finely chopped) 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar some
  • Oil 3 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Stir the seasonings. Wipe chicken skin, Ginger and spring onion place in chicken, Set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Steam chicken for 25 minutes until done. Take chicken and pour out water. Sesame oil wipe the chicken skin. Take out ginger and spring onion. Then, cut chicken.

Step 3

Dipping Sauce: Heat the oil in the wok, saute dipping ingredients. Chicken serve with sauce.
