Spain Egg Cake

The dish is traditon Spain style.


  • Egg(beaten) 10 pcs
  • Potato 1 pc
  • Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper(broken) some


Step 1

Wash and diced the onion. Heat the oil in the pan, saute the onion until soft. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash the potato, boil the potato until done. Peeled and pressed by fork until puree.

Step 3

Egg and salt mix and beat. heat the oil in the pan. Saute half of egg mixture until half done. Then, add onion and potato and stir. Ten, add the other egg mixture until done. Sprinkle the black pepper. Serve.
