Spaghetti with Seabass

The method is simply and special.

Ingredients

  • Seabass Fillet(thinly sliced into strips) 400g
  • Spaghetti 500g
  • Dried Oregano 1tbsp
  • Extra Virgin Oliver Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 30g
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes 10 pcs
  • Pitted Olives 10 pcs
  • Basil Leaves 10 pcs
  • Salt some
  • Black Pepper Powder some
  • Water 3 liters
  • Oil 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, Stir well the fish, oregano and extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.

Step 2

Boil 3 liters of water in a large pot, add the sea salt and spaghetti, cook for time( spaghetti instruction), stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Saute the fish in pan with dash of oil until just done.

Step 4

Drain the spaghetti, toss in the olive oil, dried tomatoes, basil, olives and fish , salt and black pepper powder season to taste. Serve.
