The method is simply and special.
- Seabass Fillet(thinly sliced into strips) 400g
- Spaghetti 500g
- Dried Oregano 1tbsp
- Extra Virgin Oliver Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 30g
- Sun-dried Tomatoes 10 pcs
- Pitted Olives 10 pcs
- Basil Leaves 10 pcs
- Salt some
- Black Pepper Powder some
- Water 3 liters
- Oil 1 tsp
In a bowl, Stir well the fish, oregano and extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.
Boil 3 liters of water in a large pot, add the sea salt and spaghetti, cook for time( spaghetti instruction), stirring occasionally.
Saute the fish in pan with dash of oil until just done.
Drain the spaghetti, toss in the olive oil, dried tomatoes, basil, olives and fish , salt and black pepper powder season to taste. Serve.
