Soup with Ham and Vegetable

Tips : The ham can change other vegetable(i.e. Bean curd(tofu)) and vegetable broth, it change vegetable dish.

Ingredients

  • Dried Black Mushroom 3 pcs
  • Ham 1 slice
  • Bamboo Pith 8g
  • Chinese Celery 1 pc
  • Carrot 1/2 pc
  • Asparagus Head 12 pcs
  • Chicken Broth 250ml
  • Water 250ml
  • Salt some

Method

Step 1

Cut the ham into 2 inch long to make 24 pcs. Soak the dried black mushroom and remove the stem. Then, cut into 12 pcs.

Step 2

Soak the bamboo pith until soft. Cut both ends and poach. Then, cut into 2 inch length.

Step 3

Take a stripe of bamboo pith and other vegetable and use a stalk of Chinese celery to form a bunch. Prepare 12 bunches.

Step 4

Boil the chicken Broth. Then, add in the bamboo pith rolls. Season to taste.
