Sichuan Duck’s Tongues

Ingredients

  • Duck's Tongue 16 pcs
  • Ginger 2 slices
  • Spring Onion(sectioned) 1 stalk
  • Sichuan Sauce
  • Bean Sauce 2 tbsps
  • Garlic(chopped) 2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorn Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1.5 tsp
  • Red Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Rinse and boil duck's tongue with ginger and sping onon until done. Rinse under coid runing water and remove its bones. Drain well.

Step 2

Blend the Sichuan sauce ingredients well. Put in the duck's tongue. Serve.
