The dessert is soft and sweet.

Ingredients

  • Cream 500ml
  • Egg Yolk 3 pcs
  • Sugar 290g
  • Amaretto liqueur 100ml
  • Lemon Juice/Zest 1 pc
  • Amaretti Biscotti 70g
  • Chocolate Sauce some
  • Berry some

Method

Step 1

Whip the cream until it hold shape.

Step 2

Mix sugar with egg yolks and whip until it becomes white. Add lemon juice,zest and amaretto liqueur mix well.

Step 3

Combine the cream and egg yolk paste slowly. Add in crushed amaretti, mix softly. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Cover the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap. Pour in the cream until 80% full, and chill overnight.

Step 5

Remove the semifreddo from the mold. Garmish with chocolate sauce and berries. Serve.
