Seafood and Bean Curd(Tofu) in Thai Style

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 200g
  • Scallop 8 pcs
  • Mussel 8 pcs
  • Squid 100g
  • Deep-fried Beancurd(Tofu) 5 pcs
  • Ginger(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Red Chili(sliced) 2 pcs
  • Bay Leaves 3 pcs
  • Broth 1.5 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • Cornstarch(mix in water)3 tbsps
  • SEASONINGS
  • Rice Wine 1 tbsp
  • Thai Red Curry 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse and poach the seafood and absorb the water.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute ginger, garlic, red chili and bay leaves. Then, add in seasonings, all seafood, beancurd. Then, braise in broth for a while. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
