Sauteed Scallop with White Vinegar Sauce

The dish is Beijing of China style.

Ingredients

  • Scallop 8 pc
  • Carrot 8 slices
  • Cucumber(cut into sliced) 1 pc
  • Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Spring(chopped) onion some
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • SEASONINGS
  • White Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Rinse, wipe dry and cut scallop into slices.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute chopped garlic, ginger, carrot, cucumber and spring onion, put in scallop and seasonings. Fry and mix well. When sauce dries. Dish up and serve hot.
