- Fresh Shrimp(shelled,devein) 200g
- Beancurd(tofu) 2 pcs
- Coriander some
- Spring Onion some
- Ginger(grated) 1 tsp
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsps
- Satay Sauce 1 tbsp
- Wine some
- White Pepper Powder some
Deveion shrimp and soak to rinse with 1 tsp salt. Drain well
Add some salt and cornflour into the shrimp and marinate for a while.
Rinse and cut beancurd(tofu) into small pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, Deep-fry the shrimp in warm oil briefly, drain well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil saute ginger, garlic and satay sauce. Put in the shrimp and beancurd(tofu). Sprinkle with coriander and chopped spring onion. Dish up and serve.
