Sauteed Beancurd(Tofu) and Fresh Shrimp with Satay Sauce

Ingredients

  • Fresh Shrimp(shelled,devein) 200g
  • Beancurd(tofu) 2 pcs
  • Coriander some
  • Spring Onion some
  • Ginger(grated) 1 tsp
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsps
  • SEASONING
  • Satay Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Wine some
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Deveion shrimp and soak to rinse with 1 tsp salt. Drain well

Step 2

Add some salt and cornflour into the shrimp and marinate for a while.

Step 3

Rinse and cut beancurd(tofu) into small pieces.

Step 4

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, Deep-fry the shrimp in warm oil briefly, drain well.

Step 5

Heat 1 tbsp oil saute ginger, garlic and satay sauce. Put in the shrimp and beancurd(tofu). Sprinkle with coriander and chopped spring onion. Dish up and serve.
