Saute mussels with White Wine

  • Mussel 300g
  • Garlic(section) 30g
  • Onion(chopped) 30g
  • Thyme 30g
  • Garlic(minced) 10g
  • Olive Oil 20 ml
  • Cream 30 ml
  • Butter 20g
  • Salt some


Step 1

Heat the olive oil in the wok with medium heat, saute garlic(section), onion and thyme. Then, add garlic paste.

Step 2

Add mussel, add white wine, cream and salt, stir well. Add butter and saute for 3 minutes. When the shell of mussles is open, it can serve.
