Ingredients

  • Firm Beancurd(tofu) 350g
  • Tomato(cut to cube) 2 pcs
  • Onion(shredded) 2pcs
  • Garlic(sliced) 1 stalk
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • SEASONINGS
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch Water 3 tsps

Method

Step 1

Rinse the all ingredients. Cut the beancurd(tofu) and tomato. Sliced onion and garlic.

Step 2

Heat the oil in the wok. Saute toamto, garlic and onion. Then, add beancurd(tofu). Finaly, add seasonings. Serve.
