Ingredients

  • Beef Fillet(sliced) 400g
  • Cabbage 1/2 pc
  • Vermicelli 40g
  • Oil 1 tbsp, appropriate
  • MARINADE
  • Fish Sauce 2 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Satay Paste 1 tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Water appropriate

Method

Step 1

Slice beef into thin pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Soak vermicelli into warm water for 30 minutes, drain and dry. Rinse cabbage, chop into pieces, add in boiling water and an appropriate amount of hot water, set aside.

Step 3

Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Add the beef, fry for a little while, add the vermicelli, fry until cooked. Add the seasoning, stir-fry the beef and vermicelli. Place on the broccoli, enjoy.
