The sandwich is simply and delicious. This is China Hong Kong style.
- Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
- Ham 1 sheet
- Butter some
- Bread 2 sheets
- Oil some, 1 tbsp
Heat some oil in the pan, fry the ham until fragrant. Set aside.
