Sandwich with Egg and Ham

The sandwich is simply and delicious. This is China Hong Kong style.

Ingredients

  • Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Ham 1 sheet
  • Butter some
  • Bread 2 sheets
  • Oil some, 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Heat some oil in the pan, fry the ham until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 2

Beaten 2 egg. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan with high heat until smoke. Pour egg to the pan, off heat, fry egg fast until 80% done. Add some butter in the egg.

Step 3

Spread some butter in the bread, Place ham and egg. Then, cover other bread. Serve.
