- Chicken 1 pc
- Lemon 1/2 pc
- Black Pepper Powder 3/4 tbsp
- Coarse Salt 3/4 tbsp
- Bay Leave 2~3 slices
- Bamboo Stick 1
Rinsed and dried the chicken. Mix salt and black pepper powder.
Mixture spread chicken into inside and outside. Put lemon and bay leaves into the inside. Suture by stick.
Wind dry the chicken for 1.5 hours.
Preheat oven 220 C for 10 minutes. Chicken breast up roast for 20 minutes. Reverse roast for 20 minutes. Final, chicken breast up roast for another 10 minutes. Serves.
