Roast Chicken with Lemon and Black Pepper

Tips: broken of black pepper is more better.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 pc
  • Lemon 1/2 pc
  • Black Pepper Powder 3/4 tbsp
  • Coarse Salt 3/4 tbsp
  • Bay Leave 2~3 slices
  • Bamboo Stick 1

Method

Step 1

Rinsed and dried the chicken. Mix salt and black pepper powder.

Step 2

Mixture spread chicken into inside and outside. Put lemon and bay leaves into the inside. Suture by stick.

Step 3

Wind dry the chicken for 1.5 hours.

Step 4

Preheat oven 220 C for 10 minutes. Chicken breast up roast for 20 minutes. Reverse roast for 20 minutes. Final, chicken breast up roast for another 10 minutes. Serves.
