Rice with Pork and Burdock

This is Japanese style.


  • Pork(sliced) 600g
  • Carrot(cut into thin strips) 130g
  • Burdock(peeled, cut into thin strips) 80g
  • Edamame Beans 40g
  • Rice 370g
  • Chicken Broth 500ml
  • Salt some
  • Black Pepper Powder some
  • Vinegar(mix water) 1 cup


Step 1

Burdock use tinfoil brush to peel the surface and cut into thin strips. Then, soak in vinegar water, set aside.

Step 2

Wash the rice and soak for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

Step 3

Put the chicken broth, burdock, carrots and rice into the rice cooker, and stir well. Cook the rice. When the rice is almost done. add the pork slices and edamame beans. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Cooked until the pork is cooked through. Serve.
