The cake is fragrance and tender, and not too sweet and fat.
Tips : The volume is personal preferences.
- Japanese Pumpkin(peeling,deseed,chopped) 50g
- Glutinous Powder 50g
- Red Bean Paste 30g
- White Sesame some
- Egg(beaten) some
Remove the skin of the pumpkin and steam. Blend.
Make the red bean paste into little balls.
Sieve the glutinous powder. Then, pour in the pumpkin mixture. Then, divide into small portions. Roll the dough and stuff with red bean paste. Press and brush on whisked egg and roll n white sesame.
Head the oil to 160C. Deep-fry the pumpkin pastry until gold brown. Ready to serve.
