Pork Roll with Prune

2. it can oven or pan-fry.

Ingredients

  • Pork Slices 10 slices
  • Dry Prune 10 pcs
  • Sherry 1 tbsp
  • Japanese Mushroom 50g
  • SEASONING
  • Chicken Broth 375ml
  • Oil 2 tsps
  • Cornstarch 2 tsps
  • Lime(zest, juice) 2 pcs
  • Sugar some

Method

Step 1

Soak dry prunes in sherry for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Roll up prune and Japanese mushrooms with pork slices. Bake them in preheated 200C oven for 10 10 minutes or pan-fry until done.

Step 3

Heat 2 tsps oil in the pot, stir in cornstarch. Add chicken broth gradually, then wait to boil. Drop in lime zest and juice. Add a pinch of sugar and serve with pork roll.
