Peanut Dumpling

The dessert is Chinese style.

Ingredients

  • Glutinous Rice Flour 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Peanut Butter 3 tbsps
  • Sugar 2~3 tbsps
  • Roasted Peanut(chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Castor Sugar 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Mix peanut butter and sugar together until firm, divide into 12 portions.

Step 2

Mix glutinous rice flour with enough water to a dough, divide into 12 portions. Flatten each small dough and add in one portion of the filling, fold to seal.

Step 3

Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil, lower dumplings into the water and cook until they float to the surface. Remove and drain well.

Step 4

Coat evenly with the mixture of dry ingredients. Serve.
