Pan-fry Sole with Mango

The dish is fresh and simply. It is match with rice and spaghetti.

Tips: It can change other fish fillet.

Ingredients

  • Mango 1 pc
  • Sole Fillet 100g
  • Mushrooms 2 pc
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • MARINADE FOR SOLE
  • Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • SAUCE
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Sauce Chicken Broth 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Rinse and drain sole,. Cut into thick strips. Marinate. Peel and cut mango into large chunks. Slice Mushrooms.

Step 2

Heat the oil in the pan. Pan-fry sole in non-stick pan until done. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat sauce(except flour), seasonings, mango and mushrooms over low heat.

Step 4

Thicken with flour solution. Cook until thickened. Pour over sole fillet. Serve with rice.
