Pan-fry Pork Ribs with Balsamic Vinegar and Peach

Tips: Chicken powder replace salt to increase taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork Ribs(cut into piece) 600g
  • Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
  • Shallots 2 pcs
  • Onion 1/2 pc
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsps
  • Crystal Sugar(small size) 2 pcs
  • Water 4 tbsps
  • Peach(diced) 1 small can
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • MARINADE
  • Salt 2 tsps
  • Sugar 2 tsps
  • Cornstarch 2 tsps

Method

Step 1

Wash and dry the pork ribs. Then, mix the ribs and marinade, set aside for 20~30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, saute the shallots and onion. Add the ribs and pan-fry until golden brown. Add the Shaoxing wine and stir well.

Step 3

Add the balsamic vinegar, water, dark soy sauce and crystal sugar until boiling, cook on a low heat for 10~15 minutes. Add the peaches and slightly stir-fry when the sauce becomes thickened. Serve.
