- Fish Fillet(cut into pieces) 1.2 kg
- Sweet Corn Cream Style(418g) 1 can
- Salt 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 2 tsp
Rinse and wash fish fillet. Absorb the water. Mix and stir sugar, white pepper powder, 1 tsp salt and cornflour. Set aside.
Heat the oil in the pan, Pan-fry the fish fillet until golden brown. Set aside.
Heat the pan, add the sweet corn cream style until boiling. Add and stir 1/2 tsp salt. Add and stir fish. Serve.
