Pan-fry Fish Fillet with Cream Corn Sauce

The dish is simply and cuddly. It is match with rice and spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • Fish Fillet(cut into pieces) 1.2 kg
  • Sweet Corn Cream Style(418g) 1 can
  • Salt 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse and wash fish fillet. Absorb the water. Mix and stir sugar, white pepper powder, 1 tsp salt and cornflour. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in the pan, Pan-fry the fish fillet until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat the pan, add the sweet corn cream style until boiling. Add and stir 1/2 tsp salt. Add and stir fish. Serve.
