Pan Fried Pork Chop with Lemongrass

The pork chop is soft with lemongrass.
Tips: Remove the marinade to avoid coke.
Ingredients
- Pork Chop 4 pc
- Butter some
- Salt some
- Back Pepper Powder some
- MARINADE
- Lemongrass(chopped) 1.5 tbsps
- Thyme Leaves 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice and Zest 1 pc
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste 2 tsps
- Honey 2 tsps
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Mix the marinade and pound. Marinate the pork chop for 2 hours. Remove the marinade.
Step 2
Heat the pan. Pan fry both side of the pork chop on high heat until golden. Swirch to mudium low heat, fry until done. Serve.
