Pan Fried Pork Chop with Lemongrass

The pork chop is soft with lemongrass.

Tips: Remove the marinade to avoid coke.


  • Pork Chop 4 pc
  • Butter some
  • Salt some
  • Back Pepper Powder some
  • Lemongrass(chopped) 1.5 tbsps
  • Thyme Leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice and Zest 1 pc
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste 2 tsps
  • Honey 2 tsps
  • Salt 1/2 tsp


Step 1

Mix the marinade and pound. Marinate the pork chop for 2 hours. Remove the marinade.

Step 2

Heat the pan. Pan fry both side of the pork chop on high heat until golden. Swirch to mudium low heat, fry until done. Serve.
