Ingredients

  • Lamb Chop 4 pcs
  • Onion(shredded) 1 pc
  • Barbecue Sauce 160ml
  • Ginger(chopped) some
  • Spring Onion(chopped) some
  • Salt some
  • Chicken Powder some
  • Cornflour Water 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tsps, 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Marinate lamb chop with salt, chicken powder, ginger and spring onion for an hour.

Step 2

Heat 2 tsps oil in the pan. Fry lamb chop until golden brown.

Step 3

Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan. Saute onion until golden brown. Add barbecue sauce. Thicken the sauce with cornflour water. Pour the sauce on the lamb chop. Serve.
