Pan-fried Fish Roll with Apple

Apple can remove the fishy smell and make the dishes more delicious.

Tips: After apple peeled, it soak in light salt water to avoid oxidation.


  • Apple 1 pc
  • Fish Fillet 1 pc
  • Ham 1 sheet
  • Onion(chopped) 1/4 pc
  • Mixed Herbs some
  • Cornstarch some
  • Toothpick few
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some


Step 1

Wash and dry fish fillet. Then, marinate with salt and white pepper powder. Peel and remove core of apple, cut half into sliced. Blend the other half with onion.

Step 2

Roll fish fillet with apple slices and ham. Close with cornstarch and toothpick.

Step 3

Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Pan-fry fish roll with low heat until done and dish up. Boil blended apple and onion into sauce pour onto top of fish roll and sprinkle a dash of mixed herbs. Serve.
