Orange Pork Ribs

The ribs is with orange fragrance.

Ingredients

  • Pork Rib(cut into pieces) 500g
  • Orange(juice and grated skin) 1 pc
  • Garlic(minced) 1 clove
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Oil(For deep fry) 500ml, 1/2 tsp
  • MARINADE
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • SAUCE
  • Orange Skin 1 tsp
  • Orange Juice 3 oz
  • Water 3 oz
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Wash and drain pork ribs, add the marinade for 30 minutes. Grate orange skin and orange juice.

Step 2

Heat 500 ml oil in the wok. Deep-fry the pork ribs until fragrance. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat the 1/2 tsp oil in the wok. Saute the garlic. Then, add the sauce and pork ribs. Saute until decrease sauce. Set aside.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 170 C for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Wrap it piece by piece in tin foil. Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
