Omelette with Mushroom and Bacon

This is rich omelette.

Ingredients

  • Egg(beaten) 4 pcs
  • Bacon(chopped) 8 slices
  • Onion(chopped) 1/2 pc
  • Tomato(chopped) 1/2 pc
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Mushroom(chopped) 6 pcs
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Pan-fry the bacon until crispy, Absorb the oil of bacon. Set aside.

Step 2

Saute the mushroom and tomato lightly. Mix egg, salt and onion. set aside.

Step 3

Heat the butter in the pan, egg mixture pour in the pan until 50% done, Add in bacon, mushroom and tomato. Turn half into omelette. Serve.
