Non Bake Creamy Coconut Fruit Tarts

The tart is non bake, so it is simply.

Tips: The salt add in coconut cream to increase taste.

Ingredients

  • Fruit Cocktail(small can) 1/4 can
  • Digestive Biscuits 150g
  • Cream Cheese(softened) 125g
  • Coconut Cream(small can) 1 can
  • Butter(melted) 2 tbsps
  • Sugar 3 tbsps
  • Salt 1/8 tsp

Method

Step 1

Crush the biscuits into very fine crumbs then mix well with the butter, lightly press the crumbs into small tart modes, allow chilling inside the refrigerator until firm.

Step 2

Drain off the syrup from the fruit cocktails, stir the salt into coconut cream and set aside.

Step 3

Use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until sofr, stir in the coconut cream and beat until very creamy.

Step 4

Spoon this mixture into tart shells then garnished with the fruit, chill for 2 hours before serving coconut cream.
