The soft mashed potato is with tuna and mustard.
Tips : 1. The hot mashed potato to melt butter easy.
2. If it add evaporated milk to make soft.
- Potato 250g
- Soft Butter 10g
- Italian Parsley(chopped) 1 tsp
- Tuna Fish(canned,mashed) 100g
- English Mustard 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Blanch the potato in water for 30 minutes. remove and peel the skin. Cut into chunk pieces. then, mash.
Mix the mashed potato with soft butter, Italian parsley and tuna fish. Then, add seasonings to mix well.
Put the mashed potato into the cup and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Ready to serve hot.
