Mussels with Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • Mussel 300g
  • Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce 190g
  • Garlic(minced) 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 tbsp
  • White Wine 1 tbsp
  • Coriander(chopped) some

Method

Step 1

Rinse and clean mussels. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat butter in the pan. Saute garlic until fragrance. Add mussels. Pour the white wine.

Step 3

Add creamy mushroom pasta sauce, boil for 3 minutes until done. Add coriander. Serve.
