Linguine with Simple Clam Sauce2018-02-22

Tips : White wine can change cream sauce. But it is high fat.
- Linguine Pasta 200g
- Clam Maet 120g
- Red Ball Pepper(shredded) 1/2 pc
- Green bell pepper(shredded) 1/2pc
- Cherry Tomatoes(chopped) 200g
- Garlic(minced) 2 cloves
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Cut the ball pepper into strips, split the tomatoes into half.
Cook the linguine in 2 litres of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a sauce pan, saute the minced garlic with 2 tbsps of oil over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and peppers, stir well. Pour in half cup of white wine and bring to boil. Stir in the clams and serve this sauce over the linguine at once.
