Japanese Snapper Soup

This is Japanese style soup.

Tips : 1. Blanch the fish head can clear smell and dirt.
2. The bonito soup made with bonito powder.
3. It can add light soy sauce for taste.

Ingredients

  • Snapper Head 1 pc
  • Leek 1 pc
  • Sake 20g
  • Japanese Bonito Soup 720 ml
  • Ginger(minced) some
  • Ice Water 1 lit

Method

Step 1

Wash and chop fish head. Blanch in hot water. Remove and soak in ice water. Rinse.

Step 2

Bring broth to boil, add salt, sake, ginger and fish head. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve.
