This is fresh and Japanese style.
Tips: Cooked shrimps and/or tofu etc. can be added as preference.
- Cucumber(peeled,shredded 4 inch) 2 pcs
- Onion(cut into small pieces) 1/2 pc
- Cherry Tomatoes(cut into 4 pants) 4 pcs
- Radish Sprouts(cut into half) 1/2 100g
- Seaweed(sliced) 3 tbsps
- Soybean Sauce 1.5 tbsps
- Grains Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- White Sesame 1/2 tbsp
Soak seaweed in water until soft, dry off.
Mix all seasoning together with all ingredients, and blend well to complete. Serve.
