Japanese Cucumber Salad

This is fresh and Japanese style.

Tips: Cooked shrimps and/or tofu etc. can be added as preference.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber(peeled,shredded 4 inch) 2 pcs
  • Onion(cut into small pieces) 1/2 pc
  • Cherry Tomatoes(cut into 4 pants) 4 pcs
  • Radish Sprouts(cut into half) 1/2 100g
  • Seaweed(sliced) 3 tbsps
  • SEASONING
  • Soybean Sauce 1.5 tbsps
  • Grains Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
  • White Sesame 1/2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Soak seaweed in water until soft, dry off.

Step 2

Mix all seasoning together with all ingredients, and blend well to complete. Serve.
