Japanese Beef Rice

This is rice of Japanese style.

Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
  • Beef(sliced) 200g
  • White Win or Sake some
  • Onion 1/2 pc
  • SEASONINGS
  • Dashi Broth 50ml
  • Soy Sauce 4 tbsps
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Mix Shichimi Tagarashi some

Method

Step 1

Sliced the beef and soak in white wine for 8~10 minutes. Shred the onion.

Step 2

Mix the seasonings and boil. Then, add in onion and cook until soft. Add in beef and cook until done. Put the beef and sauce onto the rice. Ready to serve.
