Hazelnuts Cookies

The form of cookies is simply and tradition.

Tips : 1. The margarine blend to milk colour.
2. The flour need to sieve.


  • Plain Flour 1 lb
  • Margarine 1 lb
  • Icing Sugar 100g
  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Hazelnuts(chopped) 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp


Step 1

Put margarine in aluminum container whisk with a whisker until pale, add in icing sugar egg, vanilla essence to whisk thoroughly. Sift in the flour and fold lightly with chopped hazel. Blend the nuts batter until a stiff paste is formed.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Fit s star nozzle in a piping bag then fill with the creamy paste. Dust 2 baking sheets with some flour. Pipe the batter into swirls as about the size of walnuts onto the baking sheets. Place in the oven to 180 C bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool. Serve.
