Hainan Chicken Rice(Simply Version)

Rice is full of chicken aromatic.

Tips: Avoid browning the garlic when frying.


  • Chicken Leg(thawed, cut in pieces) 350g
  • Rice 150g
  • Garlic(chopped) 2 tsp
  • Chicken Broth 250ml
  • Oil 2 tbsp


Step 1

Rinse and drain rice.

Step 2

heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Saute garlic until fragrance. Add the rice and stir fry for 2 minutes until dry. Then, add chicken broth and rice in the rice cooker. Bring it to a boil. Put the chicken pieces onto the rice and cook again until done.
