- Spare Rib 6 pcs
- Onion(diced) 1 tbsp
- Paste 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste 2 tbsps
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsps
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 25 ml
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Cornstarch some
Wash the spare ribs and add in the seasonings.
Mix all the sauce ingredient together. Then, put it into the spare ribs. Cover with food wrap and fringe for an overnight.
Preheat the oven to 250 C for 10 minutes.
Put the apare rib onto the tray and bake at 250 C for 30 minutes. Serve.
