- Leek 1 stalk
- Pork(sliced) 150g
- Salt some
- Sesame oil 1 ts
- Sugar some
- Cornstarch some
- Oil 1 Ts
Shred the leek and season with salt. Set aside.
Place the pork flat. Put leek in the middle. Brush on some cornstarch on both ends and roll.
Heating oil on the pan, Fry the pork rolls until both sides turn golden brown color and cooked. Sprinkle with some salt and sugar.
