Grilled Miso Cod Fish

The cook method is simply, health and Japanese style.


  • Cod Fillets 400g
  • White Miso 4 tbsps
  • Mirin 3 tbsps
  • Sake 2 tbsps


Step 1

Mix marinade thoroughly in a container with lid. Rinse cod fish and pat dry, put them into the container. Make sure both side coated with marinade evenly. Cover the lid and keep in refrigerator, marinate for at least 24 hours.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 200 C for 10 minutes, lightly wipe off any excess marinade clings to the cod. Arrange them in a grill and bake for 15-20 minutes, Then, turn other side until the surface of both sides turns slightly golden brown, Serve.
