The skin is crisp. The chicken meat is soft with herb.
Tips : 1. The amount of salt need spread the chicken body.
- Chicken 1 pc
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Rosemary(chopped) 2 pcs
- Thyme 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder some
- White Wine 60ml
Blend the 2 tbsp oil with garlic
Remove the organs from the chicken. Cut into 4 portions. Sprinkle with some salt. Then, add in rosemary, thyme and black pepper. Then, add in the blended garlic. Fringe for overnight.
Preheat the oven 220 C.
Heat 2 tbsp oil. Pan-fry the chicken with oil until crispy and golden brown. Sprinkle with some white wine.
Place the chicken into oven tray. Pour in the herb and white wine sauce. Bake in the oven at 220 C for 25~30 minutes until done.
