Grill Original Baby Back Rib

The rib has fragrance, sweet and spicy.

Tips: The ribs need done, so it can 200 C bake for 10 minutes by oven, then, bake for 10 minutes with cover by foil.

Ingredients

  • Baby Back Rib(around 2 lbs) 1 pc
  • Smoked Water 1 lit
  • Fresh Thyme some
  • lavender wooden(Not necessarily) 1 pc
  • GRAVY
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Red Onion(chopped) 1 tbsp
  • White Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Thyme 1 tsp
  • Shallot(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Garlic(chooped) 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Mix the smoked water with fresh thyme. Pour it onto the rib and cover with wrap for 2 hours.

Step 2

Mix the gravy ingredients and cook in low heat for 1/2 hour. Place some lavender wooden dices onto the foil(to stab hole) and put into the oven.

Step 3

Grill the rib until 50% done. Brush on the gravy and sprinkle with some mesquite and grill for another 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
