Green Papaya Salad

Tips: The green papaya soak in the cool water to keep crispy.

Ingredients

  • Green Papaya(finely shredded) 200g
  • Baby Tomato some
  • Peanut(dry roasted,broken) some
  • Carrot(finely shredded) some
  • SAUCE
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsps
  • Fish Sauce 4 tsps
  • Sugar 2 tsps

Method

Step 1

Green papaya cut or plan into strips, soak in ice water. Drain the water and put in the bowl. Add the tomato. Mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve.
