- Green Papaya(finely shredded) 200g
- Baby Tomato some
- Peanut(dry roasted,broken) some
- Carrot(finely shredded) some
- Lemon Juice 2 tsps
- Fish Sauce 4 tsps
- Sugar 2 tsps
Green papaya cut or plan into strips, soak in ice water. Drain the water and put in the bowl. Add the tomato. Mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve.
