Glutinous Rice Rolls with Mango

Tips: Glutinous rice skin not too thin, it is broken easy.


  • Glutinous Rice Flour 300g
  • Water 400g
  • Sugar 80g
  • Mango 2 pcs
  • Shreeded Coconut 40g


Step 1

Mix sugar and glutinous rice flour. Add water and stir until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Prepare a rectangular flat basin. Lay a plastic wrap on it.

Step 3

Pour in the flour mixture to form a thin layer. Steam for 5 minutes. Remove.

Step 4

Take out the flesh of mango and cut into chunks.

Step 5

Sparkle shredded coconut onto the table. Lay the glutinous rice wrapper on it and take out the plastic wrap. Put the mango chunks on top and roll. Cut into pieces. Serve.
