This is tradition dessert of China.
Tips: 1. Milk is full cream.
2. Stir the ginger juice before milk pour into the bowl.
3. Milk temperature should be 70 C to 80 C, not too high.
4.Ginger need oil ginger.
- Full Cream Milk 150ml
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Juice 1 tbsp
Remove skin from ginger and put it into fruit juicer to make the ginger juice. Pour it into a bowl.
Mix sugar and milk. Then, boil until 70 C ~ 80 C. Stir the ginger juice. Pour hot milk into the bowl. Put the custard aside for few minutes. Then put a teaspoon on top of the custard. If the teaspoon doesn't sink, it is ready for serving.
