Fry Spare Ribs with Ginger Honey

The rib is rich taste, sweeten and don’t bake. It is delicious.

Ingredients

  • Spare Ribs 600g
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Ginger Juice 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour 2 tbsps
  • Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsps
  • Shaoxing Wine or White Wine 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsps
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • SAUCE
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tsps
  • Water 3 tbsps
  • Honey 3 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Rinse and dry spare ribs. Add marinade to marinate over night in fridge. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the pan with 1/2 tbsps oil. Fry ribs until golden with medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover the lid to bake for 15 minutes. Dish.

Step 3

Heat the pan. Add sauce and cook until boiling. Add spare ribs and stir fry with sauce. Serve.
