The rice is health and low fat. It have a flavor.
Tips: 1. It can add other seafood.
2. The size of pumpkin can personal preferences.
- Pumpkin(skined,chopped) 1 cup
- Prawn 3 pcs
- Mussel 2 pcs
- Scallop 2 pcs
- Onion(chopped) 1/3 pc
- Rice(cooked) 1 bowl
- Spring Onion(chopped) some
- Oil 2 tsps
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
Wash and remove shell prawn, scallop and mussel. Wash and chop the onion.
Steam pumpkin 5~8 minutes, Set aside.
Heat 2 tsps of oil in the wok. Saute the onion until fragrance. Add prawn, mussel and scallop until done. Then, add and saute the rice for 4~5 minutes.
Add and stir the pumpkin, spring onion and seasoning. Serve.
