Tips : 1. The udon noodle can change other noodle.
2. Before fried udon, it parboil the udon to remove smell.
- Udon noodles 2 packets
- Carrot(shredded) 25 g
- Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/2 pieces
- Assorted Seafood(pieces) 250 g
- Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- Garlic(minced) 2 tsps
- Oil 2 tbsps
Heat the oil, stir-fry seafood until done. Add bell pepper, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Mix sweet soy sauce and garlic mixture, Add the udon noodles and mixture. Stir well until cooked. Serve.
