Fried Rice with XO Sauce

Ingredients

  • XO Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lettuce(shedded) 3~4 sheet
  • Onion(shredded) 1/4 pc
  • Egg(beaten) 1 pc
  • Spring Onion(diced) 1 stalk
  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowl
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Heat the 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Beat egg and stir-fry in the wok. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, saute onion until fragrant, then stir in rice to mix.

Step 3

Add XO sauce and lettuce to rice. Retue egg and mix well, then season with salt and white pepper powder and spring onion. stir well. Serve.
