- XO Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lettuce(shedded) 3~4 sheet
- Onion(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Spring Onion(diced) 1 stalk
- Rice(cooked) 2 bowl
- Salt 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 3 tbsp
Heat the 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Beat egg and stir-fry in the wok. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, saute onion until fragrant, then stir in rice to mix.
Add XO sauce and lettuce to rice. Retue egg and mix well, then season with salt and white pepper powder and spring onion. stir well. Serve.
