Ingredients

  • Chicken Meat(diced) 120g
  • Asparagus(thin cliced) 90g
  • Bell Pepper(diced) 1/2 pc
  • Rice(cooked) 350g
  • Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp,1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp , 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Chicken meat, Sesame oil, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, salt and sugar mix well, set aside.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok. Stir-fry eggs until just set. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Stir-fry chicken until done. Add asparagus, bell pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add in eggs,cooked rice, 1 tsp chicken powder and 1 tsp soy sauce. Then, heat through done. Serve.
